At Karni Holiday Venture, we understand that travel plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking:

• 30 days or more before departure – 90% refund of the total amount.

• 15–29 days before departure – 50% refund of the total amount.

• Less than 15 days before departure – No refund will be provided.

Note: Flight/train tickets and special booking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Karni Holiday Venture

In rare cases where we must cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule the trip.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. No Show Policy

If a traveler fails to show up on the scheduled date or time, no refund will be applicable.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds will be given for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.
